Privacy notice (PDPA)
Who we are. Your personal data is handled by INGSUK THAI MASSAGE (อิงสุข นวดเพื่อสุขภาพ), 69/20 Maha Sawat, Bang Kruai, Nonthaburi 11130, Thailand — phone 083-159-7818, LINE @684nlxnz.
What we collect and why. To arrange a booking we ask for your name and phone number, plus your chosen treatment and preferred date and time. Name and phone number are necessary — without them we cannot confirm the appointment. Your e-mail address is optional and is used only if you would like a written confirmation. The booking form on this website only prepares your request; the details stay in your browser until you choose to send them to us via LINE or contact us by phone.
Legal basis. We process these details in order to take steps at your request before entering into the service agreement (Section 24(3) of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act).
Who receives the data. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. If you choose to send your request through LINE, it is transmitted via the LINE service under LINE's own privacy policy. Our website hosting provider processes technical access data (such as server logs) to keep the site available and secure; it does not receive the content of your booking request.
How long we keep it. Only for as long as needed to arrange, confirm and keep a record of your appointment, after which the details are deleted.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC). To exercise any of these rights, contact us on LINE (@684nlxnz) or by phone at 083-159-7818.
Bookings & changes
Bookings are confirmed personally by reception. For changes to a booking, please contact Ingsuk by LINE or phone. Any price or payment arrangement is confirmed directly before the appointment.
Prices & payment
Prices shown on the website are starting values per treatment and duration. The final price and availability are confirmed personally by reception before your appointment. No card data is collected online.
